My buddy Steve Tam from high school always raves about his pizza making episodes. I’ll concede that mine was not as roundest pizzas in the world, but we made the dough from scratch and pulled the mozzarella ourselves from curd. This is what I was secretly thinking when Jennifer said she was going to culinary school. Thankfully the dream came true!

    Pizza is good. Is Jen going to culinary school? Next time you’re up you’ll have to come by and we’ll fire up the oven so you can experience Meat Mountain.

    Yup! She’s spending some time on “personal development” until we leave the country later this year to travel. We’ll be up memorial day weekend to go houseboating; interested in coming out on the lake for an afternoon?
